Code of Conduct

In our effort to offer a beloved experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family, the following code of conduct must be followed and respected by all participants, families, and staff. When attending and/or participating in Soccer Shots sessions, all participants and families must:

• Display Respectful Conduct: Show respect towards participants, attendees, and staff at all times.
• Follow Instructions: Adhere to instructions provided by Soccer Shots and its partners (Centers).
• Use Positive Language: Refrain from using a negative or aggressive tone and/or foul language.
• Avoid Disruptions: Do not disrupt the session(s) or distract participants.
• Dress Appropriately: Wear appropriate attire that considers the elements and the activity.
• Use Equipment Properly: Use Soccer Shots equipment, supplies, and facilities for their intended purpose.
• Ensure Safety: Refrain from harming oneself or others.

If a player/attendee violates the mentioned conduct, they will be contacted to discuss the nature of the issue. Soccer Shots reserves the right to take any of the following measures for violations of the code of conduct:

• Temporary Separation: Separate a child from the group or activity for a brief period to allow them to calm down.
• Activity Removal: In extreme cases, a child may be removed from the activity or session if the problem persists and the child is unwilling to cooperate.
• Refund Policy: Should Soccer Shots find removing a child from a session necessary, a refund will be issued after deducting the classes already attended.
