Credit and Refund Policy

In consideration of the children, families enrolled in our programs, and our staff and coaches, the following credit and refund policies are in effect:

In-Person Session Interruptions: If in-person sessions cannot continue due to local or federal restrictions, your account will be credited with the remaining balance based on the number of classes left. Credits can be used at any future site or season within our Metro North & West territory and applied to any child. No refunds will be issued for the inability to continue in-person sessions.

Attendance: No refunds or credits are given for non-attendance at scheduled classes. Make-up classes are not offered for non-attendance.

Withdrawal: If you withdraw from a class at least two weeks before the start of the season, you will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee.

Enrollment Fee: The enrollment fee, charged annually, is non-refundable. Upon payment of the enrollment fee, an Orange Soccer Shots jersey will be shipped to you. Some programs do not charge enrollment fees (third-party-run programs, birthday parties, Free Fun Days, etc.).

Make-Up Classes & Cancellations:

If Soccer Shots Cancels the Sessions: For seasons of 8 weeks or longer, a maximum of 2 classes will be made up if canceled due to inclement weather. For shorter seasons, 1 class will be made up. Make-up classes may be scheduled on different days or times than regular classes. Cancelled make-up classes due to weather will not be rescheduled. Programs may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, with a full refund provided. No liability is assumed for cancellations, rescheduling, or postponements due to fortuitous events, Acts of God, or other unforeseen occurrences (e.g., war, fire, earthquake, labor strike, extreme weather, pandemic).

If a Participant Misses a Session: Make-up requests must be submitted in writing to metronorth@soccershots.com. No credits or refunds are given for missed scheduled sessions. Reasonable efforts will be made to offer make-up options on different days and at various locations within the same season, except on the last day of the season. For missed sessions at school/private locations, make-up options at public locations will be offered within the same season, except on the last day.

Weather:

Session Cancellation: Classes are held in light rain but not during storms. Weather-related cancellations will be communicated via email, with a text message sent in less than an hour before class time. Communication about cancellations will aim to be sent 2 hours before class starts. If no communication is received, sessions are on as scheduled.

Arrival & Dismissal Policy:

Parents or guardians must stay with their children at public and park sessions. These are not drop-off classes.
