Soccer Shots Make-Up Policy

• Make-up requests must be made in writing and emailed to metronorth@soccershots.com.

• Soccer Shots will not offer credits or refunds for any sessions a participant/family misses for personal reasons.

• If a participant/family fails to attend a session, Soccer Shots will make all reasonable efforts to offer make-up options on different days and locations, as long as it is not the last day of the season at said locations.

• If a participant misses a Soccer Shots session at a school/private location, Soccer Shots will make all reasonable efforts to offer make-up options at public locations, as long as it is not the last day of the season at said locations.

• If Soccer Shots in-person sessions cannot be completed due to local or federal restrictions, we will work with each location to implement an alternative plan. If the season cannot be completed, we will issue a credit for the remaining sessions.

• If you request a withdrawal from a class at least two weeks before the start of the season, we will allow a credit for a future season. If your request is less than two weeks before the beginning of the season, you can receive a credit for a future season minus a $30.00 processing fee. We are unable to offer refunds or credits once the season has started.

• Make-up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled class if Soccer Shots cancel a session due to inclement weather.

• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made.

• During inclement weather, we will schedule to make up a maximum of two classes using the pre-scheduled make-up dates laid out prior to the season.

• If sessions need to be canceled due to inclement weather during outdoor seasons, we will work with your school or center to reschedule up to two canceled sessions or offer a make-up session at a different location and time.

• If Soccer Shots in-person sessions cannot continue due to local or federal restrictions, we will replace up to three sessions with Soccer Shots On-The-Go Live via Zoom. After three live Zoom sessions, parents/guardians will have the option to continue with zoom sessions or receive a credit for the remaining sessions. Credits will only be offered if more than three sessions are canceled due to local and/or federal restrictions. Credits must be requested via email to metronorth@soccershots.com and will be processed into a parent/guardian’s Soccer Shots account. Credits can be used at any future site or season within our territory and may be used for any child. We will not issue any refunds related to being unable to continue with Soccer Shots in-person sessions.
